Please read the document carefully before preparing the camera-ready paper for ICATC 2025.

1) The camera-ready paper must follow the IEEE formatting requirements provided at the following link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Each paper may not exceed 6 pages, and no additional pages will be accepted for the conference proceedings.

2) Authors are required to address all review comments comprehensively. Papers that do not sufficiently respond to the reviewers’ feedback or show inadequate revision effort may be returned or rejected at the discretion of the conference’s Technical Program Committee (TPC).

Authors must submit a Correction Report indicating how each comment has been addressed. using the following format:

1. Reviewer Comment: [Insert comment]

2. Author's Response: [Explain how the comment was addressed, including any revisions made]

3. Location in Paper: [Specify the section, page, or line number where the changes were made]

Failure to provide this document or insufficient responses may result in the rejection of the paper.

3) At this stage, authors may include their author information (i.e., names, affiliations, and email addresses) as well as any acknowledgments or research grant information, if applicable.

4) According to the Policy, adding new authors is NOT allowed at this stage.

5) The abstract submitted on CMT must be identical to the abstract in the camera-ready paper. On the conference day, the abstract proceedings will be presented as an e-version, and the abstract from CMT will be used for inclusion in the proceedings.

6) “DO NOT” include page numbers in the Camera Ready paper submission.

7) Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document (Instructions are given below in this sheet).

Copyright details are included below for your reference. If the conference chooses to stamp the papers this will be in addition to the markings provided by the IEEE Publishing Operations team:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-9023-9/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-9023-9/25/$31.00©2025 European Union

8) Confirm that the submitted paper fully complies with all IEEE formatting requirements. 

9) Papers must be prepared in an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format using IEEE PDF eXpress Plus. Please upload the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF generated through PDF eXpress without modifying the file name.

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress® site

  First-time users should do the following:

1. Create Account

2. Enter the following:

• 68823X for the Conference ID

• your email address

• a password

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

10) Submission of Abstract: The Abstract should be prepared in the following format and the format can be downloaded at Abstract Template

All margins except left: 1”. Left margin: 1.25”. Gutter: 00

Font: Times New Roman, 12 points; Line spacing: 1, one column of text.

Title

• Times New Roman, 14, Centered text in bold, Title Case

Affiliations

• Font type and size: Times New Roman 11

• Names should be indicated with superscript Arabic numbers appearing at the end of surname/family name

• A superscript asterisk should be used for the corresponding author

• Names of affiliations should be given including the country

• If there are more than one name and address, they should be related by superscript numbers

Abstract

• The content should be the same as the abstract on the Camera Ready paper. On Conference Day, an e-version of the abstract proceedings will be presented.

Keywords: keyword 1, keyword 2, keyword 3, keyword 4, keyword 5 (Italic)

Number of words in the abstract: less than 300 words

Abstracts should be submitted to the CMT.
